MORRIS LANE
ATHLETE, WELL-BEING & GOLF FOR LIFE!
THIS IS MY STORY
My name is Morris Lane, and I am a senior at St. Andrew High School in Savannah, Georgia. I was born in New York City and currently live with my parents and younger sister, Savannah. My father, Christopher, is from England, and my mother, Jasmine, is from Taiwan. I spent 13 years in New Jersey, where I did a wide range of academic and extracurricular activities.
I have been passionate about golf and soccer since I was six years old. In 2014, I was a member of the All-Star PGA Jr. League and competed in the U.S. Kids Golf World Championship. At St. Andrew High School, I am a varsity player in soccer and golf. Through sports, I have earned awards in both golf and soccer, and I am proud to be the captain of the high school golf team. During the last couple of years, I was honored to be selected as an ambassador for the Congaree Global Golf Initiative. Additionally, I love teaching golf to younger players and have started a class in my school where I teach golf basics to classmates. Academically, I have consistently scored well, earning the Headmaster's and Honor Roll for my achievements.
I am thrilled about joining a golf team in college, where I can continue to grow both academically and athletically. I look forward to contributing to a community and making the most of the opportunities.
Sincerely,
Morris Lane
